The Service project is landing, and with it the IT department's focus is starting to wind down from the service function. That means we need to start planning the next strategic focus for the business, and for that I need your input.
The purpose of this form is simple: to get a sense of where our efforts should go next.
One thing you should know before you answer. In the September management update I put Medray Sales forward as the proposed flagship programme for 2027. That was my read of it, not a decision. This form is how I test it against what the business actually needs. If you think it is wrong, saying so here is exactly what this is for.
Worth bearing in mind: whichever way we go, it lands on a platform that already exists. One sign-in, one integration layer, one set of master data. Each application we add costs less than the one before it.
